Wash your roast and cut it up to fit in your crock pot. Pour all powdered
ingredients on top of roast. Add water to cover the roast completely. Cover
and Cook 5-6 hours and add potatoes and carrots. Cook another 1-2 hours or
until tender. (Roast should fall apart.)
This is a great meal served with cornbread muffins or buttered bread and
crackers. If you leave out the potatoes and carrots it is also great over rice.
