Venison Recipes: Venison Meatloaf #1
Ingredients
  • 2 lb. browned ground venison
  • 1/4 lb. pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs

Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours and until juices run clear. Serve hot.
