Directions
Mix all ingredients together than dip Fish in vegetable oil then in flour mix & in the pan fry for 3 1/2 minutes then turn & Cook for 3 1/2 minutes more till the Fish are golden. Drain on paper towels or brown bags. Garnish with sliced Lemon & Parsley. Serve with Hush Puppies & French Fries.
