Miscellaneous Game Recipes: Marinades: Duck Marinade
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
  • Dash of herbs, such as mace, nutmeg, clove

Directions
Combine ingredients and use to marinate duck and also for basting it while cooking.
