Upland Game Bird Recipes: Dove or Quail: Baked Doves in Rice
Ingredients
Several dove breasts
1 box rice
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
Onion, chopped
1 can water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in casserole pan and lay dove breasts on top of mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
