Ingredients
  • 2 cups claret or other wine
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 whole cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. whole black pepper

Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour over meat.
