Miscellaneous Game Recipes: Sauces: Duck Basting Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fruit jelly (apple, grape, etc.)
  • 3 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 cup sherry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Baste ducks with it and with the drippings.
