| File Trouble |
1. The download didn't start or no download
instructions?
This is one of the more common problems that we face all the time. If the download
didn't start after the transaction was completed, usually means you have pop-up
blocker software on your computer. If there isn't an email from us with the
download instructions and just your receipt from PayPal for the purchase, contact
us with your receipt. We will manually email the design to you. This will be done
with in 24hrs or sooner. We have the ability to monitor all transactions that occur
and can tell when a purchase hasn't been downloaded. All we ask in return is that
you the customer inform us that you received file so we can update our records.
2. Outlook Express shows the attachment file
but will not let me open it.?
This can be solved by changing the security settings to allow you to open or view
attachments. In order to change the security settings in Outlook Express:
1. Click Tools
2. Click Options
3. Click the Security Tab
4. Under Virus Protection, make sure the check box is not checked next to Do Not
Allow Attachments to be saved or opened.
5. Click Apply
6. Try opening the attachment file.
If you still have problems, contact me and I will try another way so you get the
file.
3. I just purchased your product and I can't
seem to find it?
It has come to our attention that for some customers, they have a problem opening
or seeing the file with the drawing attached. If you have Hotmail or use AOL,
please check the spam/bulk folder. Sometimes it is placed in those folders for some
reason beyond our control. If for some reason you still can not open or view the
file purchased, contact us and we will make arrangements for you to get the file
you purchased.
4. I do not have Adobe Reader installed,
where can I find it?
All of our tower blinds and ladder stand blueprints come in a PDF file format. In
other words, you will need at least Adobe Reader 5 or a PDF Reader program to be
able to open and read the file.
Links to Adobe and two other PDF programs are on the Links page

| Assembly |
6. What is the easiest way to assemble
these blinds?
We have found it to be easier to build the blind first in a garage. We build ours
so they can be disassembled and reassembled at our hunting site. This way we have
access to our power tools and we can work out the little details on the
ground.
7. How do you get the blind on top of the
tower?
We have used a rope, ATV and an expandable ladder. After the floor is in place
and level, we take up one wall at a time. Usually two people can walk a wall up
at a time, we use the rope for safety reasons. For the larger walls we use an ATV
to help hoist up the wall. Each tower booklets have detailed assembly drawings as
part of the package.
8. How often should I check my blind or
tower?
We recommend that you check your blind or tower every year for stability. We
check ours after each storm with high winds. We also shake our towers to see how
stable they are before each use. As a whole we check ours through out the year
and during the hunting season.
