Purchasing a product designed specifically by Greenleaf Designs does not grant any individual or corporate identity licensing rights to re-distribute, re-create, or re-sell our product in any form or fashion. Products purchased are deemed as a "consumer end" purchase relative only to the original consumer or identifiable payee reflected within our original sales receipt. Individuals or corporations found in violation will be subject to copyright infringement payments including all, but not limited to, monetary losses at all corporate levels which may occur. Greenleaf Designs strictly prohibits the aforementioned actions and will promptly seek legal advisement in pursuance of restitution reimbursement for damages.

Warranties and Refunds
Because our product is an internet based consumer level item, we cannot supply any warranties or refunds. While all of our products are designed by safety-conscious-engineers, we cannot ensure that all proper steps have been taken by the consumer during time of construction to with-hold any type of immediate or remedial warranty. All items shipped are considered non-refundable. You may cancel your order at any time before shipping has actually occurred.

Liabilities
When purchasing our product you are creating indemnification in issuance of receiving each product shipped and forfeiting any legal actions or litigations against our company. Greenleaf Designs cannot be held legally liable for mis-use, constructive barriers, improper handling, transportation, construction practices, or faulty equipment in any instance. Purchaser or user assumes all risks during use and construction as agreement with completed purchase of each item.
